1. Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel a service by contacting us in writing. Cancellations are only valid if confirmed by Codeverse Studio. Cancellation requests must be made before the project or service work begins. Once work has started, cancellations may incur a partial fee based on the work completed.

2. Refunds

We strive for complete client satisfaction. However, refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

  • If no work has been initiated.

  • If a written agreement includes a specific refund clause.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed services.

  • Change of mind after work has begun.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of required input or feedback).

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
